Great service, great food!

Back again this year! It's not summer unless I've had Ike's. The sauces are great, I like the horseradish one with the crab sandwich. Some of us had salads instead of the chips and were very happy as they were fresh & crispy. Love eating here!Had the grilled grouper & crabcake sandwiches. They were great! Not much filler in crabcake. Butterfly chips are yummy . . . Our server was very friendly and attentive during dinner rush.

Really awesome fish and chips and my family love sthe calamari and w ego hear every year.

Okay, I ordered tuna ... took 35 minutes for server to inform me “they are out of tuna” I figured oh well I will just have a salad... they took 10% off my bill for the mistake... I pay for my bill 31 dollars- they charged my card $115. And after correcting it and refunding my card they apologize with very little sympathy... I have to wait 3-5 days to get my money back in the bank! Not to mention tomorrow is July 4 so banks are closed! I won’t go there EVER AGAIN!

We ordered couple of meals for takeout and the food was very tasty and cooked just right! We had the Crab Cake dinner and also Scallops dinner.

For a boardwalk restaurant, they had a very nice selection and the food was very tasty. The service was quick and the food tasted fresh.

Everything at Ike’s is soooo good! It has always been my family’s go-to for real, delicious seafood. The staff is always so warm and friendly and they provide excellent service. You will not be disappointed!

Food was horrible. Me and my 2 friends ordered grilled shrimp which was disgusting to them. And I ordered an cod fish tacos with fried shrimp and bothered orders were nasty (mind you the orders came up to almost $90). We took the food back just for them to tell me because I didn’t bring the platter back I couldn’t get a refund. I even showed a picture of the food on the ground waiting for the seagulls to eat it. She had the nerve to tell me “ you could have put it there to take the picture then picked it back up. That was the most disgusting thing I’ve heard why in the actual f would I put my food on the ground in between trash just to pick it back up to eat it. So my friend bought her platter back which I paid for with my debit card. She insured us that my money will be placed back on the card and I have yet to receive my money. Moral of the story the food was gross and customer service sucked I will never eat there ever again.

I've never had a bad meal or bad service when visiting Ike's. Delicious food and friendly service with every experience! Highly recommend!

Maybe being on the boardwalk, I expect too much but I felt the meals were overpriced. The "Chips" were unique but none of my party of 6 thought they were to die for. Im not sure if the creator was leaning toward a french fry or a potato chip because they were too soggy to be either and not salted or seasoned. Crab balls were delicious! Shrimp was delicious! Crab cakes were delicious! Cole Slaw dressing seemed to just be mayonnaise.....pretty bland. Other options would be nice. My kids are too old for kids meals and not many youth like cole slaw. Applesauce maybe?

Being a small restaurant on the boardwalk, you can't expect much from the restaurant. It wasn't the cleanest or nicest, but the food itself was pretty great. I got the famous crab cake sandwich with the butterfly fries (chips), and I had nothing to complain about. The crab cakes were moist and tasted fresh, and the fries were hot and crunchy. The dishes also came with an arrangement of sauces, my favorite being the sun-dried tomato sauce. For anyone visiting Ocean City, this isn't a must visit but it'll definitely fill your seafood craving at a fair price with quality food right on the boardwalk.

Delicious food, loved my softshell crab sandwich. Do yourself a favor and go here versus Dels way better portions.

The fish tacos and mini crab cakes were delicious. Bloth plates came with home made fries and the also were very good. The restaurant had inside seating and had a really nice decor. I highly recommend checking it out if you're in the area.

Decent food, horrendous wait. We waited for over an hour from when we were first seated to when we actually received any food. Other parties came and left, so it could have been a logistical hiccup, but it wasn't a particularly busy night so there's no excuse for that. The crabcake was good, but definitely had more filler than other places I've tried. I'd say it's not worth the price or the wait, unless you absolutely must have seafood on the boardwalk.

I don't understand this? I chew my food. I'm not sure if every review on here just swallows the crab cakes? But in one cake, I chewed shell at least 10 times. If you've ever chewed an egg shell, you'd understand. I will never spend 8$ plus taxes on a little crab cake ever again here...

Everything I have ever tried off of this menu has been amazing and the service is always exceptional! Every time I'm in OC I make it a point to stop in to Ike's! The homemade sauces are like liquid gold!

The grilled crab cake dinner was very expensive @ $22 but it was worth spending the money to get it. I didn’t have a lot of shells in my crab cake like I normally do when I eat at other restaurants and it was NOT mushy or bland. I decided to get a salad and even though it was just lettuce, cucumbers, and carrots, it was very fresh. I was nervous to try the tea because because I don’t like unsweetened tea, but the limes and lemons plus other fruits gave it amazing flavor.

Worst service I’ve seen on this side of the equator. Food was okay - took an hour and 50 minutes to cook two sandwiches because they did not start making the order until we checked in three times. Never again will I go to this poophole.

Crabcakes were more delicious each bite and service was very easy and fast. Would recommend the fried (or cocktail style) jumbo shrimp too! My family and I will definitely come back for years :)

Went to Ocean City this past weekend and definitely wanted to get some seafood. Stopped by Ike's and had an early dinner. I went with the Taco's (with crabmeat) and my boyfriend went for the Gruper. After all these years of going to Ocean City, NJ FINALLY there is a place to get some awesome seafood and the staff was wonderful. Thanks Ikes!!! Recommend going here whenever in OC.

Good crab cake but I found a piece of shell

Food was really good. Started with the Red Crab Chowder soup which was delicious and spicy. Then we had grilled shrimp, and crab cakes and the homemade chips which were all tasty.

Just had Ikes Famous Crabcakes on the boardwalk!! Service was quick and friendly and the food was amazing as always!! My family stop by every single time we are down for the Grilled Fish Tacos, Crab Balls, and Fried Shrimp!! Sooo good, cannot wait to come back down again!!

I love Ike's. Their crabcakes are ALL crab. The Creamy Horseradish sauce is my favorite. Butterfly chips are yummy. Add a cup of the fruit-infused tea and you will be in food heaven. Their crabcakes are so good we have them mail-ordered to us in North Carolina. A must stop for us whenever we are in OC.

I ordered a crab cake quesadilla on an old bay tortilla, the fried clam strips appetizer, a fried grouper sandwich, and two homemade sweet fruit teas for my girlfriend and I to split and we were blown away about how good it was!! Don’t even get me started on the homemade sauces, Creamy Horseradish and Sweet Roasted Red Pepper, yummmmm. So good, Ike’s trust me we’ll be back sooner then you think!!

So good! Great place for a quick bite of delicious seafood on the boardwalk! The grilled Cajun shrimp is so good and the grilled fillets of grouper. Their homemade butterfly cut potato chips are the best!

So delicious. The grilled grouper with Cajun spices was phenomenal, fried chicken delicious, fish and chips remarkable and the mixed platter with crab cakes, grouper and shrimp was out of this world! Yum!!

Decided to check this place out when I saw they had soft shell crabs. The food was absolutely delicious, but the service, despite not being too busy, was a bit lacking.

The food was decent and the portions were good. I took my wife, my daughter and my granddaughter. I just got a salad with fish $6 on the menu. Somehow the bill came to $72. The receipt I signed for my credit card did not show what we were being billed for. I always find that suspicious when the bill is high and there is no breakdown of what you're paying for. If you're going to spend that kind of money I say go to a fine restaurant.

A little sea food paradise on the Ocean City boardwalk. Tried the fried monster clam strips, calamari, lobster blisque - all delicious.But the cherry on the top was the crab cake - the waitress would always recommend it & you'll know why. It was soft, creamy & subtly flavoured.The hospitality of the staff is commendable.

Crab cakes well seasoned, soft inside and slightly crunchy on the outside. Went there twice during vacation because I liked the crab cakes a lot. And the curly fries are so crispy and tasty, you get a whole lot of them. Service is fast and friendly.

A classic beachfront seafood joint right on the boardwalk in Ocean City, Ikes is the kind of place that you would expect to find on the beach in southern Florida. Ike’s Famous Crabcakes features picnic tables and paper towels held down with fishing weights. The decor is half surf shop half biker bar and the food is fantastic. Every platter comes with sides and Ike’s four famous sauces. This is a clean, well ordered and high end seafood restaurant disguised as a boardwalk eatery. Our waitress was friendly and competent. She memorized all orders for 6 guests and was 100% accurate on delivery! Awesome. She was also very attentive.

Crabcakes were very good. You can tell they're authentic when you get a piece or shell in the crabcake. The homemade cocktail sauce was the best I've ever had. So yummy. Love the horseradish kick. Very good. Next time I want to try the clam strips and the home made chips look fantastic. Will definitely return 👍🏽👏🏽😋
